These are actually good and very healthy. Very little sugar and no white flour! You don't even need eggs! I use one in my batter but I like it that way!
2 cups of Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup of milk
1 cup of applesauce
1/2 cup of pumpkin puree (optional)
2 tablespoons of honey
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
6 teaspoons of baking powder
1 egg
Mix it all together. Dry stuff first and then add it to the wet stuff. I usually have to add a little more milk to make the batter more wet.
Heat up the skillet and pour over your favorite maple syrup!
